Meet Yvonne Steer

Local roots. Financial insight. Personal service.

I’ve lived in St. Thomas my entire life and have worked in real-estate sales since 2006. I bring local perspective, a long background in banking, and a people-first approach to every move.

My path

Experience that sees the bigger picture.

Before beginning my real-estate career, I spent 20 years in banking, including five years in mortgages, loans, and investments.

That experience taught me to ask careful questions, understand the broader financial picture, and explain important decisions clearly. Today, I use that perspective to help buyers and sellers consider more than the immediate transaction.

How I work

Clear guidance, centred on you.

I believe the process works best when you understand the decision in front of you and feel comfortable asking questions.

Listen first

Your goals, concerns, and timing shape the plan. I begin by understanding what a successful move means to you.

Explain clearly

I’ll make the process easier to understand and tell you when another qualified professional should be involved.

Stay involved

From planning through closing, I’ll keep you informed and help the real-estate process move forward.

Relationships that continue

Trust matters beyond the transaction.

Repeat clients and referrals have helped shape my business. To me, that trust matters as much as the move itself.

It is also what “Steering You Home” means: thoughtful guidance before, during, and after a real-estate decision.
